Special Meeting to discuss City Clerk position.

Roy called the meeting to order at 7:35pm. Clerk and all Council present except EdSmith and Cyndi Treaster.

Council spoke with Tabetha Mallonee about her applicationfor clerk.

Council spoke with Sandy Nichols about her application forclerk.

Mark motioned that the Council go into executive session todiscuss non-elected personnel at 7:57pm. Tim seconded, and the motion carried.

Executive session concluded at 8pm. Roy appointed Sandy Nichols. Mark made the motion to approve herrecommendation. Marsha seconded,and motion carried.

Mark made the motion to pay Sandy at the same rate aspresent clerk salary. Marshaseconded, and the motion carried.

Tim motioned to adjourn the meeting. Marsha seconded, and the motioncarried.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:10pm.
