7: 00 P.M.
Mayor Roy Paslay, Council members Tim McNish and ChuckFolks, Mark Tunstall, Ed Smith, Jennifer Jones and City Clerk were present.
Jennifer Jones made a motion to pass the bills, Ed seconded,motion was unanimous.
Chuck Folks made a motion that no building permit would benecessary for Harold Williams. There would be no electrical, plumbing, nor change in structuralsize. One room would beremodeled. Ed seconded themotion, motion was unanimous.
6:35 Ed motioned to adjourn, Chuck seconded, unanimous vote to adjourn.
