Business:
1. John Chaney: Mr. Chaney presented material on his proposal for a subdivision. Discussion was held. The LPZC, at the recommendation of Larry Hendricks, referred Mr. Chaney to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
2. Community Rural Development Plan: A public meeting will be held on 3/15/06 at 6PM. The new rural subdivision regulations were deferred until 4/19/06.
3. Shirley submitted her resignation as of May 2006. Approved (Nancy/Bruce) (7-0)
