April 19, 2007 Lecompton City Council Special Meeting Minutes
Council member Chuck Folks was present. Justin Van Winkle, City Superintendent, and Sandy Nichols, City Clerk were present. Jennifer Smith, Planning Commission Chairperson was present. Reverend Ken Baker, United Methodist Members, Don Fuston, Paul Bahnmaier, Brenda Mullins and Greg Sledd were present.
There was not a meeting for lack of a quorum. After Justin Van Winkle spoke with two other council members to see if there could be a quorum Friday 5:30 P.M., Council member Folks set a special meeting for 5:30 P.M. Friday evening.
City staff will notify all council members, Mayor and Greg Sledd.

April 20, 2007 Lecompton City Council Special Meeting Minutes
5:30 P.M. Mayor Paslay brought the special meeting to order to discuss/process a building permit requested at 402 Elmore to remodel the Lecompton Methodist Church steps. Council Members Mark Tunstall, Tim McNish and Chuck Folks were present. Tim McNish made a motion to approve the building permit to remodel the stairs on the west side of the church. Chuck Folks seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
5:33 P.M. Chuck Folks made a motion to adjourn. Mark Tunstall seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
