Matt McPherson discussed his plans to build off of Elmore Street near the Elementary School. J.S. told him where the sewer, water, and fiber optic lines run and discussed how the utilities might be installed. It will probably involve digging up the road. The property has been newly annexed and now falls within city limits. Because the lot has already been split the property has to be replatted. Because the property falls within the city limits the city is responsible for the platting. Matt will go to a city council meeting to ask them about how to get the city to do the plat. We will have to consult John Riggs about how to go about the platting. The property also has to be re-surveyed to establish the property lines and for tax purposes.
