Call to Order: Jennifer called the meeting to order at 7:10.
Roll call:
Present: Kim Richter, Paul Maline, Jennifer Smith
Absent: Jeff Robertson, Darby Lohrding
Approval of Minutes: N/A no quorum
Presentation of Requests and Petitions: Richard Nichols wants to get rid of his old mobile home on city land, which is zoned agricultural, and replace it with a newer mobile home for a family member to live in and work on his property. This is within approved use based on Agriculture use zoning requirements, Article 8 in the zoning ordinance. No further action is needed in terms of zoning.

Kim motioned, and Paul seconded the move to adjourn, it passed unanimously.
