Lecompton Planning and Zoning Commission

Call to Order: There was not a quorum so we did not call to order.

Approval of Minutes: N/A no quorum
Presentation of Requests and Petitions: None

Reports of Standing and Special Committees: None
Old Business: Jeff will attend the March 25th Lawrence-Douglas County Planning Commission.
New Business:
Study Session: There was a study session regarding the PC by-laws. Corrections were made and are to be sent to all members to review prior to the April 13th meeting for approval. With approval from the city council, a list of residents was created to send a letter requesting the individual to consider being on a list of residents interested in being on the PC in the future.
The city clerk is requested to see if a high school student could receive credit for taking minutes for the planning commission.
