Lecompton Planning and Zoning Commission
Monday April 09, 2012 7:00pm
Commissioner Hastert called meeting to order at 7:13pm with Amber Nickel, Mary Jane Hoffer, Kathy Paslay present. Absent members include: Leigh Ann Woody (resigned), Betty Corel and Chairman Jeff Robertson
Nickel moved to approve minutes of Dec. 12th meeting (no meeting in January) seconded by Hastert.

Old Business- none
New Business- Valerie Pfeffer interested in moving a double wide on her ½ acre lot behind a single wide at 501 Whitfield. Amanda Hunt (785) 371-3381 amandahunt09@yahoo.com attended meeting requesting approval. Commissioners discussed accessibility, concerns for frontage, etc. It was decided more information was needed.
