– Overfield – monitoring elevator for Old H/S. They monitor it for a monitoring fee, but they do not install the emergency phone/equipment –that you have to have installed by the elevator company

– Former Lecompton H/S – City Utilities rates
– CB – Mildew in @ least Sheriffs office –check into it while empty – would it be a good time to Kilz over it? Mold/Mildew spray?
– Former H/S old internet wiring/phone lines etc – scheduling removal
