Jamin Nally called the Planning Commission meeting to order at 7 o’clock p.m. in the meeting chambers at Lecompton City Hall 327 Elmore, Lecompton, KS 66050.
Martin Heurter, Jamin Nally, Kim Steweart and Vickie Clark were in attendance. Stephanie Confer and Kevin Newman were absent. City residents or township members in attendance included George and Rita Mathews who were interested in seeing what the planning commission does. George Mathews had served on other planning commissions before.
Vickie Clark motioned to approve the meeting minutes from 1/11/2017 & 4/25/2017 with one correction of correctly spelling Martin Huerter’s name. Kim Stewart seconded motion.
Motion passed 4 yeas, 0 nays.
No other business was presented.
Kim Stewart made a motion to adjourn. Vickie Clark seconded the motion.
