– Update: USDA rural development review (happens every 3 yrs.) The auditor stated: I appreciated the recent opportunity to visit with you regarding the management and operation of the City Water Utility. It is evident that you are dedicated to the successful operation of the City. – We passed with flying colors, he has provided me with new verbiage to update or demographics/civil rights questionnaire and provided me with contact information to review our emergency management plan to see if we need much updating there.
