Meeting called to order at 6:30pm by Vickie Clark
Members in attendance Vickie Clark, Jamin Nally, Martin Huerter, and Erin Herschell
Others attending included: Andrew Liba, Deanna Gowing and Peggy Leslie
Special meeting to review the proposed text amendment to the Agricultural land district. The text amendment would add event venue as an additional use.
Planning commission discussed and listened to public comment.
Erin Herschell proposed that the event venue be added as a special use allowed by special permit as opposed to having it added by text amendment to the zoning code. Jamin Nally seconded the motion.
Motion passed 4 yay, 0 nay
7:18pm – Martin Huerter motioned to adjourn the meeting. Erin Herschell seconded the motion.
