– New Information RE: Boiler: Chemicals/Maintenance update – auto chemical feed

– PRIDE – smoke alarms update: Select one came out to check smoke alarm/system. They ran some diagnostic testing, pulled the alarms and decided that a few things were wired backwards and did some re-wiring to fix the problem.
– SAMCO was called to look at the community building furnace because it kept kicking out. The technician adjusted the gas pressure, reinstalled the factory high limit switch (the one Scott Temp installed was adjustable and it was adjusted all the way out.) and he recommended changing the filter to a MERC 5. In his opinion the furnace return air was taking in more air than it can put out. The filter in it is creating too much restriction which was tripping the furnace out. Since those changes have been made, the furnace has been running fine. Note: the filter still needs to be replaced.
