Special Meeting Minutes
7:00 pm – Meeting called to order by Jamin Nally
Members in attendance:, Jamin Nally, Michael Shields, Carol Howard, Jamie Newman, Martin Huerter, Erin Herschell (Arrived at 7:03p)
Members not in attendance: Vickie Clark
Additional people attending: Robert & Whitney Farrell, Mary Jane Hoffer, Lyle Fergus and Lynley Sanford
The special meeting was called to review the Re-plat of the originally platted Idyllwild Subdivision. The re-plat would consolidate the remaining lots, dissolve platted roads and utility easements and be re-named Hinterlands.
The Planning Commission discussed the consolidation of the lots and any affects on current utilities.
Additional people in attendance asked questions regarding the affects to their property
Martin Huerter motioned to recommend to the City Council for approval the Re-plat of the subdivision to be known as Hinterlands as presented. Jamin Nally seconded the motion. Motion passed 6 yeas, 0 nays.
7:24 pm – Jamin Nally motioned to adjourn the meeting and Erin Herschell seconded the motion. Motion passed with 6 yeas, 0 nays.
