March 27, 2023 LECOMPTON CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
7:00 P.M. Mayor Jimmy Wilkins brought the Lecompton City Council Meeting to order at 327 Elmore St. Lecompton, KS. Council Members Tim McNish, Mary Jane Hoffer, Stephanie Confer, Steve Freeman and Owen Mallonee were present at roll call. City Clerk Lynley Sanford was also present. The following residents or township members present included: Sandy Nichols
Special meeting agenda to discuss non-elected personnel matters
7:01p – Stephanie Confer motioned to go into executive session to discuss non-elected personnel matters for 30 minutes. Mary Jane Hoffer Seconded the motion.
Motion passed 5 yeas, 0 nays
Mayor Wilkins called the meeting back into order at 7:31 am
7:33p – Owen Mallonee motioned to go into executive session to discuss non-elected personnel matters for 30 minutes. Steve Freeman seconded the motion.

Mayor Wilkins called the meeting back into order at 8:03p
Council discussed job duties and activities and reviewed the job description forms.
8:40p – Stephanie Confer motioned to go into executive session to discuss non-elected personnel matters for 18 minutes. Mary Jane Hoffer seconded the motion.
Motion passed 5 yeas, 0 nays.
Mayor Wilkins called the meeting back into order at 8:58p
9:00 PM – Mary Jane Hoffer motioned to adjourn. Stephanie Confer seconded the motion.
