– Wages for part time seasonal summer employees – Brady Roberts & Caleb & Julian Confer
o Previous part-time temporary and seasonal workers were started at $15/hr.
– Penny Bahret, take over for Sharron Roberts to clean Community Building – Starting in June until August (at least)
– Wording update to Assistant Superintendent Job Description
– Where to advertise for Assistant superintendent position – consider starting wage?
– Tree removal at 3rd & Elmore
– Last meeting it was mentioned Rance get ready for cross walk – that is included in the sidewalk plan. It will be done once sidewalks are completed.
New business –
– Next Construction Meeting 6/5 @ 10am City Hall
– Mowing in road right of way along new sidewalk route – who is responsible for mowing (especially if vacant lot)?
– Building permit for pole barn @ 110 E. Woodson Ave. – 24-311
