o Jamin Nally motioned to approve Jamie Newman’s 2 year term. Erin Herschell seconded the motion. Motion passed 4 yays, 0 nays – 1 abstain (Jamie Newman)
– Appointment of Chair position –
o Jamie Newman motioned to appoint Vickie Clark as Chair for the Lecompton Planning Commission. Michael Shields seconded the motion.
Motion passed 5 yes, 0 nays
– Appointment of Planning Commission Secretary
o Michael Shields motioned to re-appoint Erin Herschell to the secretary position for the Lecompton Planning Commission. Jamie Newman seconded the motion.
Motion passed 4 yays, 0 nays, 1 abstain (Erin Herschell)
– Does the Planning Commission wish to appoint a vice chair? No volunteers at this time, so in the Chair person’s absence the secretary would lead the meeting.
