– Consideration of policy for discontinuation of penny distribution
– Sent letter to Emery Clark for 300 block of Whitfield & Isacks grass height issue certified return receipt: letter was picked up on 11/7/2025
– Need a Santa for 12/6/2025

Old business –
– Gymnasium roof leak, floor repairs, heating
– Historical Society update after meeting/working towards subdividing the lot
– Tracking devices for trucks/equipment: I reached out to the Samsara after approval, and have not heard anything back
– Consideration of electronic entry for municipal buildings
-Rueschoff and SOS security have come out and looked at the buildings. Waiting to receive quotes from each.
– Boiler updates:
Samco reported boiler overall was in good shape and clean, could tell our chemical additives were doing a good job. Will provide report in the billing invoice.
