– Sent letter & copy of resolution first class and certified return receipt to Cynthia Coffelt in Spur, AZ; Sun City West, AZ; to Nick Fergus in Lecompton, KS and to the Mortgage entity listed on the title of the property. The resolution was also published in the LJ World news-paper according to requirement in City Code.

– Working on bids for the following for the gymnasium: total demolition, selective demolition, roof repair or replacement, more efficient commercial heaters
