Lecompton Planning and Zoning Commission
Monday June 11, 2012
Meeting called to Order at 7:00pm. Commissioners present: Chairman Jeff Robertson, Kathy Paslay, Brenda Hastert and Amber Nickel
Motion to approve April 09, 2012 meeting minutes by Nickel, seconded by Hastert.
Presentation of Requests and Petitions- None.
Reports of Standing and Special Committees- None.
Notices and Communications- None
Old Business:
Valerie Pfeffer- denied the move in of a double wide on her ½ acre lot behind her single wide (501 Whitfield) on basis of R1 Zone (one residence).
New Business:
Gail Tompkins is selling her 22 lot trailer park (small court at corner of Woodson and Clark) to Pat Ragan of Linwood, KS. Mr. Ragan interested in adding 2 more lots. Apply zoning regulations regarding article XIV “M-H Manufactured Home District” vs. article XV “M-P Manufactured Home Park” (25 or more lots.)
Motion to approve by Commissioner Paslay, seconded by Hastert. Passed unanimously.
Discussion of need for 3 commissioner potions to fill.
Motion to adjourn by Hastert, seconded by Paslay, unanimously approved.
