Call to Order: Jeff called the meeting to order at 7:04.
Roll call:
Present: Kim Richter, Jeff Robertson, Mary Jane Hoffer, Steve Cretsinger
Absent: Paul Maline, Darby Lohrding, Betty Corel
Visitor: Sandy Nichols
Approval of Minutes: Mary Jane moved, Steve seconded acceptance of the minutes, passed unanimously.
Presentation of Requests and Petitions: None
Notices and Communications:
– Jeff welcomed Steve Cretsinger to the Planning and Zoning Commission
Reports of Standing and Special Committees: None
Old Business:
The committee discussed the status of Jones street. Kim reported on the Lawrence-Douglas County Planning and Zoning Committee meeting that occurred on June 25th. The commission discussed the status of the water tower and another possible land development in town.
New Business: None

Adjourn: Mary Jayne moved, Steve seconded to adjourn the meeting, passed unanimously. Jeff adjourned the meeting at 8:05.
