Call to Order: Darby called the meeting to order at 7:05.
Roll call:

Visitor: Sandy Nichols
Approval of Minutes: Mary Jane moved, Betty seconded acceptance of the September (October) minutes, passed unanimously.
Presentation of Requests and Petitions: None
Notices and Communications:
– Betty and Sandy reported on the Lecompton Urban Growth Area. John Riggs said we do have an Urban Growth Area. Betty will follow up with him, Linda Finger, and perhaps with the Baldwin city planning staff.

Adjourn: Kim moved, Mary Jane seconded to adjourn the meeting, passed unanimously. Darby adjourned the meeting at 8:10.
